By making a booking or completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Payment Policy.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing displayed on the platform is dynamic in nature and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:
- Time of booking
- Demand for specific slots
- Screen/location availability
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
By proceeding with a booking, you expressly agree that:
- Full payment must be made in advance for all paid advertising slots
- The price displayed at the time of booking is final, binding and non-negotiable
- Any applicable taxes, platform fees or additional charges will be clearly communicated prior to payment
We reserve the absolute right to:
- Modify pricing structures
- Introduce new pricing models
- Adjust rates based on demand or operational consideration
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered valid and confirmed only after the following conditions are successfully fulfilled:
- Successful completion of payment
- Submission of advertisement content
- Approval of the advertisement by our team
Until all the above steps are completed, the booking shall be treated as pending and may not be scheduled for playback.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Available payment methods may include:
- UPI QR code
- Bank transfer (NEFT/ IMPS)
- UPI
- Debit/ Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Buy now Pay later
- EMI options
We will role out all the above payment method option in phases. Initially all option may not be available. We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card details on our servers.
Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In case of a failed or incomplete transaction:
- The booking will not be confirmed
- The slot may be released and made available to other users
- Users are advised to retry the payment process
We shall not be responsible for any loss of booking due to payment failure or delay.
No Refund Policy
All transactions conducted on this platform are strictly final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Under no circumstances shall refunds, cancellations or reversals be entertained, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or business decisions
- Failure to utilize booked slots fully or partially
- Rejection of advertisement due to non-compliance with guidelines
- Delays, variations or minor interruptions in playback timing
- Incorrect booking selections made by the user
Users are strongly advised to carefully review all booking details, content requirements and platform policies before confirming any transaction.
Pricing Errors & Corrections
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any booking made at an incorrect price
- Notify the user and provide the option to proceed with corrected pricing
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us for resolution.
In the event of a chargeback:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user account
- Future access to the platform may be restricted
9. Taxes & Compliance
All applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be charged as per prevailing laws and clearly displayed during checkout.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own tax obligations.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
