By accessing, browsing or using this platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the platform.

Platform Overview

Our platform provides a digital interface that enables users to discover, select and book advertising slots across a network of digital display screens.

We operate strictly as a technology and facilitation platform. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, audience engagement or advertising performance.

All bookings made through the platform are subject to:

  • Real-time availability
  • Internal approval processes
  • Operational feasibility

We reserve the absolute right to modify, limit or restrict access to any part of the platform or inventory at any time.

User Responsibilities

By using this platform, you expressly agree and undertake that:

  • All information submitted by you is true, accurate, current and complete
  • You possess full legal authority and rights over the content you upload
  • Your use of the platform will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards

You further agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate availability, pricing or system behavior
  • Upload any content that violates intellectual property rights

You shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from your actions on the platform.

Ad Content Guidelines

A. Overview

All advertisements submitted to the platform are subject to strict review and approval.
Approval is granted solely at our discretion.

B. Mandatory Requirements

All ads must:

  • Be clear, legible, and visually appropriate for public display
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Be suitable for viewing by a general audience

C. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

1. Illegal & Harmful

  • Drugs, weapons, illegal services
  • Fraudulent or deceptive schemes

2. Sensitive & Offensive

  • Explicit or sexual content
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Religious or political provocation

3. Misleading

  • False claims or exaggerated promises
  • Fake offers or scams

4. Low Quality

  • Blurry or unreadable visuals
  • Poor resolution or distorted media

D. Technical Requirements

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, MP4
  • Content must be optimized for screen visibility
  • Duration suitability for 10-second loop

Failure to meet these may result in rejection.

E. Approval Process

  • All ads are reviewed before going live
  • Approval timelines may vary
  • Users may be asked to revise content

F. Rejection & Resubmission

If an ad is rejected:

  • Reason may be provided
  • User may upload a revised version
  • Re-approval is required before playback

G. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any ad without detailed explanation
  • Remove approved ads if later found non-compliant
  • Modify guidelines at any time

H. Final Authority

All decisions regarding ad approval, rejection or removal are final and binding. Approval of an advertisement does not imply endorsement, validation or responsibility on our part.

Booking & Slot Policy

All bookings made on the platform represent a shared time-based advertising slot within a rotational display system.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Bookings do not grant exclusive ownership of screen time
  • Advertisements are displayed in a loop alongside other advertisers
  • Slot duration, structure and frequency are predefined by the platform

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust slot allocations
  • Reorganize scheduling
  • Optimize playback sequences

based on operational requirements.

Platform Control & Rights

We retain full and exclusive control over all aspects of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Approval and rejection of advertisements
  • Scheduling, allocation and availability of slots
  • Pricing, policies and platform features

We reserve the unconditional right to:

  • Modify, suspend or discontinue any service
  • Restrict or terminate user access
  • Update or change platform functionality

at any time, without prior notice or liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • Technical errors, interruptions or delays
  • Loss of business, revenue or opportunities
  • Any decisions made based on platform usage

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.

Ad Scheduling & Playback

While we strive to ensure consistent and timely playback of advertisements, users acknowledge that:

  • Exact playback timing may vary due to technical or operational factors
  • Advertisements are displayed in a rotational loop system
  • Minor interruptions, delays or deviations may occur

We do not guarantee exact second-by-second playback accuracy.

However, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fair and proportional display of all advertisements.

Account Suspension

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Submission of prohibited or misleading content
  • Suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Any action that may harm the platform or its users

Such actions may also result in permanent restriction from future use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the platform.

It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the platform following any updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
